• The client is responsible for any damage caused due to misuse or negligence.

• All equipment must be returned in its original condition upon completion of the rental period.

• Hamza Lodhi Ltd is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of the telehandler.

• The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage during the rental period.

• Any damages caused by the client will be charged accordingly.
